Job Title : Admin Assistant


Location & Division : East London – Guarding


Role Overview : The role provides essential administrative and organisational
support to keep office operations running smoothly.


Role Summary : The role ensures efficient daily operations by maintaining
accurate records and handling routine administrative tasks.


Key Responsibilities:
• Payroll processing (documentation and calculations etc)
• Record keeping (maintaining employee files and filing systems)
• Employee Relations (dealing with employee queries)
• Any other reasonable and related tasks


Required Qualifications,
Experience and Skills:
• Matric (Grade 12) – English Literacy NQF4, Numeracy NQF3
• Microsoft Excel and Word (Intermediate)
• Easy Roster system experience (advantageous)
Contract Details • Permanent after probation period

Indicators:
• Task accuracy and quality of work
• Time management and task completion
• Communication and Professionalism
• Office and document management


Reporting To: Regional Branch Manager Eastern Cape
