The last few weeks has been unprecedented, with the advent of the most significant and life-altering human tragedy unfolding globally.
The coronavirus or COVID -19 is set to change the world as we know it and we appeal to you all to resist the temptation to panic and become anxious. This letter is intended to assure you that we are there for you at this uncertain time and that we are working with Government and SAPS to provide the necessary support to you, our valued clients.
Red Alert is taking every conceivable measure to protect our staff who will be on duty throughout lockdown to ensure that stringent protocols of hygiene and security are employed for your protection. We have taken rigorous measures to train and protect our frontline people so you can be assured of professional and appropriate actions from us now, when it matters the most.
A number of our administrative staff will be working from home during this period, but our emergency services are available to you around the clock and our control room personnel are ready for your call.
We appeal for calm so that we can prioritise care for those most in need, but we assure you that we are ready for whatever is thrown at us.
